How do I subscribe to a delivery plan?

Open the app, browse businesses near you, select a product or plan, and tap "Subscribe". You can choose your preferred delivery schedule and address.

How do I pause or skip a delivery?

Go to your Subscriptions screen, tap the active subscription, and select "Pause" or "Skip" for specific dates. You can resume anytime.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open the subscription detail screen and tap "Cancel Subscription". Any outstanding payments or container deposits must be settled with the business directly.

How do I return containers?

Hand containers to your delivery driver during the next delivery, or contact the business to arrange a pickup. Your deposit is refunded once all containers are returned.

How do I register my business on Droppe?

Download the app, create an account, and select "Business" as your role. Follow the setup wizard to add your business details, products, and delivery areas.

How do I become a delivery driver?

Create an account, select "Driver" as your role, and join a business by entering their business code or browsing available businesses in your area.

How do I update my delivery address?

Go to Settings > Profile and update your delivery address. Notify your subscribed businesses about the change so they can update your delivery route.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or visit droppe.app/delete-account for detailed instructions. Account deletion is permanent.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Export Data in the app. You'll receive a copy of your profile, subscriptions, delivery history, and payment records.
