Delete Your Account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including profile, subscriptions, delivery history, payment records, and wallet balance. This action cannot be reversed.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, phone, email, address)
- All subscription plans and delivery history
- Payment records and wallet balance
- Container/asset tracking data
- Delivery ratings and reviews
- Notification history
What is NOT deleted
- Business records: If you are a business owner, transactions with customers may be retained for legal compliance (up to 3 years)
- Aggregated analytics: Non-personal, anonymized data used for service improvement
How to delete your account
Option 1: From the App (recommended)

Open Droppe appGo to your Profile or Settings screen

Tap "Settings"Scroll to the bottom of the settings page

Tap "Delete Account"You'll see a red "Delete Account" button

Confirm deletionType "DELETE" to confirm. Your account will be permanently removed.
Option 2: Via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to us with your registered phone number or email address:
Request Deletion via EmailWe will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email.
Outstanding Obligations
Before deletion, please ensure:
- All outstanding payments to businesses are settled
- All rented containers/assets are returned to the business
- Any pending deliveries are cancelled or completed
If you have unreturned containers, the business may forfeit your deposit as per their policy.
